  The best in the biz! Elise and Holly have something for everyone. A 5 minute quickie, an hour long full body burn and everything in between. Their cueing is spot on and every move is purposeful. I’m longer, leaner and stronger than ever before and love my daily dose of Pilates. x x

  Best Pilates I have ever done. Hands down!
  I've never had a bad class and am always working exactly the muscles I want to burn (and more that I didn't even know was there!).
  They also give fantastic verbal notes throughout so you're constantly correcting and working your form.
  
  Couldn't recommend higher!!!

  Virtual MVMT has been the best thing to add to my routine! When travelling to remote locations regularly for work, I didn't think I would find a way to stay in shape and keep motivated. The girls do a fab job of keeping me honest, long and lean!

  credit where credit is due.
  started this style of Pilates a few years ago - guys its not just for the girls. You will find muscles you didn't know existed! Thanks to the team, the mobile app is also terrific and the props are small and easy to carry meaning i can work out wherever i go with work. Would recommend!
